     Gladys Smith has been a Realtor since 1985 and has owned a brokerage since 1994.    She has been President, President-Elect, and Treasurer for the Northeast Louisiana Board of Realtors, a local Realtor Honor Society member, and served on both the MLS Committee and Board of Directors for a total of 10 years.   She is the staff Realtor and a member of the Housing Council for the Mount Pleasant CDC, the Realtor for the Monroe Homeownership Program and a class trainer.  She also is a recipient of the President's call to Service Award in 2005.
